Groups can also be organized around a particular topic, eg.: Or, groups can be organized around a particular question, eg.: The possibilities are endless. Some groups may stay together throughout the conference; other groups may meet once and decide they have met their objective. Groups may form, reform, combine and divide according to the needs and interests of the participants. Everyone will have a chance to speak and be heard, as well as to listen and be challenged. The process of Open Space Technology will invite each of us as teachers, researchers, consultants, administrators, and educators from any perspective, to engage in dialogue to reshape our own connections with each other and with IASCE. Anyone attending the conference is invited to give a paper
or a workshop as a part of the Open Space activities. If you need a formal
