The IASCE Awards
The IASCE Awards, first announced in 2008 in Torino, Italy, were intended to recognize individuals or groups who have made outstanding contributions to the field of cooperative learning. There have been two main types of awards — The Achievement Awards and the Award for Outstanding Dissertation/Thesis.
- The IASCE Achievement Awards were intended to recognize individuals or groups who have made outstanding contributions to the field of cooperative learning. Categories included: Lifetime Achievement, Research, Original Materials, and Service and Activism.
- The IASCE Elizabeth Cohen Award for Outstanding Thesis or Dissertation recognized researchers in the early stages of their career who demonstrated strong potential for contributions to the field.
